Neighborhood Stabilization Program
Voice of Calvary Ministries (VOCM), in partnership with the Mississippi Development Authority, the City of Jackson and the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), is rehabbing 29 houses in south Jackson. We are making them available to income qualified potential homeowners. All houses will be * completely remodeled into like new condition. We have incentives which will help low income families to be able to afford these homes.

Voice of Calvary Ministries (VOCM) is a 501(c)( 3), non-profit Christian Community Development (CCD) organization which was founded in 1962 in Mendenhall, Mississippi by Dr. John M. Perkins. In 1975 the organization expanded to Jackson, Mississippi to develop inner-city ministries in the capitol city. Our enduring strength has been reflected in these ways:
